Which leather for which product?

This is a question that necessarily arises when choosing the right leather for your project and the model that you will choose from our stock .

Grained, smooth, supple, rigid, nubuck, goat, bull calf,... There are a multitude of leathers, all different and used for various productions.

This is why we are at your side from the beginning to the end of your project to advise you and help you choose the leather that will suit you best.

To help you first, here are some tips on choosing your leather:

- On grained leathers, scratches and small scratches are less visible than on smooth leather, so it is perfect for an everyday accessory.

- In leather goods, we prefer goat and cow leather, which are more resistant.

- The more elastic the leather, the less it will be used for leather goods because it is too soft and marked. Conversely, leather that is too rigid will be too difficult to work with, especially for the reverse stitching of our Léa tote bags.
